They even went the extra mile and provided Nutella when they found out we brought our own. The host, Carl, and his adorable dog, Buddy, were amazing and made us feel right at home. The secure parking and peaceful residential area were jaw-dropping. Our well-equipped room had everything we needed, and we loved relaxing in the beautiful garden overlooking the superb swimming pool. We also enjoyed interesting conversations with Carl and other long-term guests. a fantastic accommodation option with the South African spirit shining through. Very convenient location, only 5 minutes from the airport.

The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities like a microwave, small fridge, and satellite TV. We felt like we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private entrance in our double room gave us a sense of privacy and convenience. It felt like our own little space in the guest lodge. The pool view from our room added a beautiful touch to our stay. We enjoyed waking up to the sight of the sparkling water every morning.

Personally, we were not big fans of the tile/marble floor in the twin/double room. It didn't feel as cozy or comfortable as we had hoped.

Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hosts who gave me some great recommendations, including a suggestion to take a stroll down to the pier to watch the sunset. The lodge had a beautiful garden that was well-maintained and peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms were incredibly quiet, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep, especially before an early departure. the warm welcome and beautiful garden were the best aspects of my stay.
